One-Pan Steak, Roasted Potatoes, Eggs & Chimichurri Sauce! Full recipe on my Substack - link in bio I started by roasting halved potatoes in a PFAS-free pan until golden and crispy. While the potatoes were cooking, I made a classic chimichurri and seasoned a Black Angus entrecôte with a chimichurri rub. The steak was grilled over blazing hot cast iron, sliced and added back to the pan. Five eggs were ed alongside the potatoes, then everything was finished with a generous drizzle of fresh chimichurri.

**Vanilla Raspberry Cupcakes 🧁❤️**

🧈 **Vanilla Cupcakes**

* 120 g (½ cup) softened butter
* 120 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla paste
* 180 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour
* 1½ tsp baking powder
* 1 pinch salt
* 120 ml (½ cup) milk

👉 Bake at **175°C (350°F)** for **18–20 minutes**.

❤️ **Raspberry Compote (Filling)**

* 200 g (1½ cups) raspberries
* 2–3 tbsp sugar (to taste)
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

👉 Bring to a boil, then blend until smooth.

🍥 **Cream Topping**

* 250 g (9 oz) mascarpone
* 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) heavy whipping cream
* 60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
* 1–2 tbsp raspberry compote
* 1 tsp vanilla

👉 Whip everything together until light and fluffy.
