Rad Na/ rice vermicilli with hot dog :This is different version of Rad Na in different kind of noodle. I explain before about Rad Na that is literally means "pour over the face". I adapt rice vermicilli ( you can find them at any market that carry Asian food ) and a saucy gravy made of stock and tapioca starch poured over it and veggie and hot dog. You going to love this !!!

Crispy wonton skin Phad Thai : This dish is other way to have Phad Thai if you doesn't want too much noodle. Deep fried wonton skin cook with Phad Thai sauce. I didn't use meat in this menu ..... I add fried Tofu in stead. You will test crispy and testy.... and not too sweet !!!!!
