Garagiste Cellar Wines was established in 2015 by Tony Trincanello, an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. With over 22 years of restaurant experience from dishwasher to Chef, busboy to General Manager and eventually owner, Tony has curated award winning wine lists at some of the finest restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles. In the mid 2000’s he embarked on a three year stint as a wine and spirits consultant for an inspiring boutique French import company in NYC. During this time, he also conducted accredited courses on food and wine pairing at the French Culinary Institute and The Institute of Culinary Education, his alma mater. These experiences proved invaluable in their exposure and travel opportunities while working harvests and assisting winemakers. Combined with years of building relationships with small, relatively unknown winemakers who share his vision and passion, GCW was born
HOW:
When you sign up with Garagiste Cellar Wines, you will receive monthly shipments of 3 or 6 bottles of artisan wine. You may select how many white, rosé or red you would prefer (Ultra packages will contain mostly red). Each month will be a different selection based upon your palate profile and availability. If you would like a repeat shipment of a certain wine you may email me and if it’s available, you’ll get it again! Each wine will come with a story sheet and recipe pairings. You may cancel or suspend a monthly shipment by the 10th of every month.
