a little throwback to the time I made my own pistachio butter from scratch! someone asked me for this recipe recently and figured it deserves a spot here too (I originally only posted it to stories).
y’all know that I’m a label reader, so I visited three different grocery stores to find some pistachio butter that was just 100% pistachios, and… it was a fail. I kinda couldn’t believe it. almost all of them had added sugar, oil, salt, and/or whey??
so I grabbed some roasted pistachios off the shelf, and went home and made my own, and the taste and texture was amazing. you gotta give this a try sometime!
