HEALTHY STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING | made with dates, olive oil, coconut sugar, and oat flour!

and the cake is topped with a simple caramel sauce made with almond butter and maple syrup. I loveee serving this cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, all of the rich flavors just melt together with the vanilla and it is so, so good.

refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, and moist, this healthy dessert is a cozy, all natural treat!

DARK CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS | made with just two ingredients: amaranth and dark chocolate!

amaranth is a tiny, nutrient rich dense ancient grain that was cultivated by the indigenous people of mesoamerica for thousands of years. it has a very rich and sad history, I recommend doing some research if you’re interested in learning even more about this amazing plant.

amaranth is naturally gluten-free, and when heated in a hot skillet it pops into airy little puffs a lot like popcorn.

it’s also a good source of so many different nutrients, like protein!

so do these really taste like crunch bars? yes, and I think they’re even better. this recipe is definitely a keeper!

GF CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT OAT CUPS | made with oats, almonds, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and dark chocolate!

I love dessert, I love chocolate, I love when my desserts come in the form of chocolate, but I also love when that dessert is healthy enough for me to enjoy as a snack.

these oat cups are such a good chocolate treat to snack on when you’ve got that chocolate craving, or you can enjoy a couple of them as an after dinner dessert!
