Companies can label that their chocolates “dark” even when their bars are half sugar. Half sugar!! 🍨 We’d argue that if you’re eating half sugar, not only should that not be considered dark chocolate, but that’s more of a candy bar than a chocolate bar with that high sugar content.
It’s so easy to look at a label, see 50%, 70% etc., and not think about what the rest of the ingredients are.
Our chocolates are 90%+ organic cacao with organic monk fruit and vanilla bean to give the most incredible flavor and decadent sweetness without needing to consume any sugar. Zero.
It’s time to reap all of the benefits and enjoyment of cacao without any of the side effects of sugar, sugar alcohols, or preservatives 🍫💃
