Mango Cake! I put this moist and delicious cake back on our menu for one of my clients, and she keeps ordering. It’s so good! As I’m typing, I thought of a new cake, Toasted Coconut Mango! I can’t wait to make it.

#ᴛʙᴛ Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of meeting Tina Knowles Fifteen Percent Pledge Paramount Television Studios. Ms. Tina is so kind, elegant, and beautiful. She signed my copy of Matriarch, and told me she would stop by my truck after she finished signing all of her books. She kept her word, stopped by my truck, and purchased several slices of cake and banana pudding. Thank you Ms. Tina Knowles for being so fabulous!

#ᴛʙᴛ Last month, I had the pleasure of returning to my Alma mater Cal State LA to celebrate Juneteenth. Thank you Dr. Eanes and your staff for inviting us to serve Red Velvet and Pound Cake to your guests. It was also a pleasure working with other vendors, including Dulan's Soul Food Kitchen.
