Cancel your plans. š“āā ļø We just got our hands on the biggest pile of Trillium in Blackbeard's history. If you know, you know, and if you don't, it's time you learned. This is one of the most chased breweries in the country and a proper white whale out here, so the whole crew came aboard, from crushable golden ales to funky wild ones to two stouts so decadent they should be illegal. Trillium Brewing Company
Party Pump: A crisp, fizzy golden ale built for volume, with German noble hops laying citrus and pine over a base of fresh from the oven white bread. Pump the brakes on nothing, this year round crusher was made for game day. 4.8%
Blue Hills: A hazy pale ale hopped with Citra and Riwaka for soft citrus and tropical fruit over a light, easy drinking body with barely a whisper of bitterness. No blues here, just an effortless everyday sipper that goes down far too smooth. 5.7%
New England Saison: Trillium's self titled farmhouse ale, reworked since 2013 and now leaning on rye and corn grown at their own Connecticut farm. Dark yellow and lively, it opens on white pepper, clove and delicate herbal hop with a whisper of fruit underneath. 6.4%
Fort Point: An American pale ale that maps out fresh citrus, tropical fruit and ripe peach across a smooth trail of gentle bitterness. With a clean, dry finish, it's the everyday destination worth holding down the fort for. 6.6%
