Bowers Sausages have gone back to manufacturing our sausage products ourselves. We no longer outsource . The response has been tremendous. Thank you for all of the support.
We no longer offer pre- cooked sausages at the Farmers Market. All sausages will be sold fresh (raw). This is awesome. You now have more options when it comes to preperation, not to mention the fact that the sausage taste 10x better for this reason. Once cooked sausage taste better than twice cooked sausage.
The sausages are larger in size now . You will receive about 3 sausages to a pound. Nothing else has changed. We still use all natural seasonings. All sausages contain no msg, no fillers & no nitrites .
