Dirty Sue Mixes & Garnishes

Dirty Sue Mixes & Garnishes Dirty Sue Premium Olive Juice was the first 'bottled by bartender' product. Dirty Sue was created by bartenders, for bartenders and home enthusiasts.

Bartenders would constantly run out of the juice in the gallon jars of olives and that juice was never meant to be 'cocktail quality.' Enter Dirty Sue. On an otherwise typical shift at the infamous LA spot, Jones Hollywood, renowned barman, Eric 'ET' Tecosky reached for a gallon jar of olives to refill some olive juice into the squeeze bottle to make a dirty martini. The jar was full of olives, bu

t no juice. The olives of course, were drying out and moments away from spoiling. A light bulb went off and ET turned to a co-worker and asked, "How come nobody bottles olive juice." A year later, he did. Dirty Sue quickly became a staple in LA bars and then began to travel across the U.S.. Home consumers began stocking it as well. Dirty Sue Premium Olive Juice was part of the craft cocktail movement before there was even a name for it. Soon after, gourmet garnishes like Wisconsin stuffed Blue Cheese Olives and Jalapeno Stuffed Cocktail Onions followed. Recently a cocktail cherry rested in Kentucky & Tennessee Whiskies were released and a Bloody Mary Spice Mix that Tecosky calls a 'labor of love' is just hitting the market. (The not so secret ingredient of the mix is Dirty Sue Premium Olive Juice) Thank you for visiting this page. Our goal is to continue to offer best in class products so our customers can enjoy them in their favorite cocktails.

Dirty Sue was made by a bartender who understood the assignment: bold olive flavor and balanced brine makes dirty martinis actually taste consistent from the first sip to the last olive.

Behind every great brand is a founder story worth sharing.

Dirty Sue wasn't ET's first foray into entrepreneurship. That journey started at the age of 12 and it's still going strong.

Bartenders trust Dirty Sue for one reason: it delivers every single time. Balanced brine, real olive flavor, and the kind of consistency that keeps cocktails tasting exactly how they should.

If the people making the martinis reach for Dirty Sue, maybe your bar cart should too.

Olive brine from the jar was never made for cocktails. It was made to preserve olives.

That’s exactly why ET, a bartender himself, created Dirty Sue. A brine crafted specifically to balance a martini and deliver clean olive flavor in every pour.

We're not here to judge.
But if you're going to enjoy a Three-Way, at least make it dirty.
1/3 spirit
1/3 dry vermouth
1/3 Dirty Sue 🫒

Dirty Sue Started Behind the Bar.
Gallon Jars with no juice. Empty Squeeze Bottle. Bottom Shelf Brine.
Yeah. We fixed that.

It's called dirty for a reason, but not that reason. If you see a bartender straining olive juice through fingers, that's a dirty martini you want to send back.

Made with premium olive juice, Dirty Sue is the key to the un-dirty dirty martini.
