This week marked the transition of Petey preparing delicious meals for Monarch's summer camp, to his getting ready for next week's Open House; he is a busy beaver...we meant penguin.

Though today saw no new record set by Chef Penguin, today marked the last Mac 'n' Cheese day Chef Penguin will do for the summer camps in 2012. We love making Mac 'n' Cheese, and had a blast serving this meal in particular!
