Crack Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 6 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 strips bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, broken

Instructions
1. Bake bacon at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until crispy, then dice. Shred the chicken.
2. In a stockpot, sauté onion, celery and carrots in butter 5-6 minutes; add garlic and cook 1 minute.
3. Whisk condensed soup with milk, add to pot with stock, ranch seasoning, garlic powder and cream cheese; stir until melted.
4. Add shredded chicken and bacon; simmer 5-7 minutes.
5. Add angel hair pasta and cook 6-8 minutes until tender, then stir in cheddar until creamy.
6. Ladle into bowls and garnish with bacon and fresh herbs.
