Dear Amazing Customers,

Well, it seems that Mr. Easy Peasy has been a bit too easy peasy for the powers that be. I’ve recently received a friendly (read: very official and serious) letter from the county government asking me to hit pause on my culinary adventures for now. So, I’ll be taking a temporary break to make sure everything is in tip-top shape and above board.

While I absolutely love cooking for you all, I want to ensure that Mr. Easy Peasy operates in full compliance with all local regulations. Your safety and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I will always keep it that way.

For now, let’s just say Mr. Easy Peasy is taking a well-deserved nap. I hope to be back soon, rested and ready to serve up more deliciousness—this time with all the T’s crossed and I’s dotted.

Thank you for your incredible support, and I look forward to sharing more meals with you once I’ve sorted everything out. Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime, keep those taste buds ready!

Miso-Glazed Grilled Chicken

I’m gonna slather these birds up in a sweet-savory miso glaze. Finger-licking for sure. Strangers might want to lick your fingers too—proceed with caution.

The cukes will be the perfect sidekick to the miso-glazed goodness. They’re cool, refreshing, perfectly tangy, and have been known to inspire spontaneous dancing.

The cake will be a slice of heaven. It’s light and fluffy and cloud-like, just like my thoughts sometimes.

Did you know that Colorado produces some of the best fruits and vegetables on the planet? Rocky Ford is renowned for its incredible melons, and they’re in peak season right now. These juicy gems are the stars of this week’s menu. I visit the farmer’s market weekly to get them straight from the source, supporting our local farmers directly.

The pork shoulder will be melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a vibrant and tangy cantaloupe gastrique. The squash (zucchini, pattypan, etc.) is also in abundance right now - I'll roast these bad boys up and finish them with a glaze of homemade crystallized ginger. And for dessert, imagine an elegant cream tart topped with silky, toasted meringue, made with the finest Rocky Ford honeydew.

All of this goodness for just $24, delivered right to your door on Monday!

Colorado’s best produce is coming into season as we speak—green beans, all types of squash, zucchini, Olathe corn, and leafy greens are just popping off. And let’s not forget the jewel of the Mountain West: green chile. Honestly, you could start a religion around it, and I just might.

All of this fresh, homemade gourmet goodness for just $24! It’s a steal (Seriously, have you been to Noodles & Company lately? Sheesh!). Get your orders in by Saturday at 6 PM, and I’ll deliver right to your door on Monday.
