Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour

For the Caramel Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Crunch Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
Prepare the cake: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and smooth the tops.
Bake the cakes: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Directions:

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F. Grease and line cake pan(s).

Apple Layer

2 Tbsp flour or cornstarch

Cheese (Cream) Layer

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Crumb Topping

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

6 Tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Make crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish (bottom and sides).
Bake for 8 minutes, then cool slightly.

3. Prepare apple layer
Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and flour. Set aside.

4. Make cheese layer
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla until creamy.

Instructions

Prep & Preheat

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups panko or regular breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Honey Mustard Glaze:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Whisk together buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Marinate chicken in mixture at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet. Mix breadcrumbs, flour, thyme, and oregano in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in mixture, pressing to coat.
Place chicken on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil or butter. Bake 30–40 minutes, turning halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and coating is golden.

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes or 2 cups fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Season Chicken
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in the prepared dish.
Make Sauce
In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, and a little salt and pepper. Simmer about 5 minutes.
Bake Chicken

🍔🥓 Bacon Cheeseburger Ramen Noodle Bake

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 packs beef-flavored ramen noodles (seasoning packets reserved)

1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

Extra bacon for toppings

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles:

Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes (just until slightly softened, not fully cooked). Drain and set aside. Discard 2 of the seasoning packets, keep 1.

2. Cook the beef & bacon:

In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain grease. Stir in 1 reserved ramen seasoning packet, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

3. Make the creamy base:

In a large bowl, combine cheddar soup, cream cheese, sour cream, half the cheddar cheese, mozzarella and a little salt & pepper. Mix until smooth.

4. Assemble the casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a greased 9x13 baking dish, mix noodles, beef mixture, bacon, and creamy sauce. Spread evenly.

5. Top & bake:

Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

6. Serve:
Garnish with bacon pieces. Serve warm!
