At Chic Bites Catering & Events we use only Cold-Water Lobster tails (for any of our lobster selections) to ensure the highest quality of experience for our lovely clients. Cold-Water Lobsters are sweeter in taste and firmer in texture which results in it being more costly than the mushy Warm-Water Lobster tails
