** Fresh Thyme Sprigs β For garnish
** Blistered cherry tomatoes on the vine π
** Fresh arugula πΏ
π©βπ³ Instructions
** Shape the Cheese β Slice the goat cheese into equal portions and gently roll into smooth balls. Freeze for 15β20 minutes so they hold their shape while frying.
** Set Up the Breading Station β Place flour into one bowl, beaten eggs into another, and combine Panko breadcrumbs with thyme, salt, and black pepper in a third bowl.
** Coat the Cheese Bites β Roll each chilled cheese ball in flour, dip into egg wash, and coat thoroughly in seasoned Panko crumbs. For extra crunch and protection, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating one more time.
** Fry Until Golden β Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cheese bites for 1β2 minutes, turning gently, until deeply golden brown and crispy on all sides. Drain on paper towels immediately.
** Plate & Garnish β Arrange fresh arugula and blistered tomatoes onto the plate, nestle the crispy cheese bites in the center, and drizzle generously with warm fig jam or honey. Finish with fresh thyme sprigs for that gourmet touch β¨
** Crack & Serve β Break one open while warm and watch that creamy cheese center melt perfectly into the sweet glaze π€€
