I said yes to something that terrifies me… and IT’S COMING UP THIS WEEKEND! 💃

I’m competing as a “celebrity” dancer in (Louisville’s version of Dancing with the Stars) and y’all… I have NEVER danced before in my life 😅 (Shoutout to Clay Marshall at for putting up with me 😂)

But this is so much bigger than learning choreography or performing on stage.

This event supports Feed My Neighbor, a charity that funds the Sandefur Dining Room providing 40,000+ meals a year to Louisville families experiencing food insecurity. For many, it’s their only meal that day. 🫶

🪩💃🏼🎉 I’ll be competing LIVE on June 13th at the , and I’d truly love your support!!!!! Here’s how:

I’m on a side quest to try all the fitness studios in Louisville 💪😮‍💨

(well, mainly just in St. Matthews / Highlands bc I won’t consistently go somewhere if it’s too far away lol 😅)

I do have a normal gym membership and I’m literally a Certified Personal Trainer lol but I just don’t have the willpower to do stuff on my own anymore. I just want a classes I can show up and not have to think and get a great workout.
(No CrossFit though, I tried that back in the day, it’s not for me 😬)

Today I’m trying my first ever reformer Pilates-inspired class at ✨

The very first time I ever left the country, we just happened to be in Porto during Festa de São João, the biggest street festival in Porto, Portugal, and honestly it was one of the most magical nights of my entire life. 🇵🇹🏮🎆🎉

Every year on June 23rd, the entire city of Porto floods into the streets to celebrate the Festival of St. John. There’s live music, fireworks over the Douro River, paper lanterns floating into the sky. Everyone is running around bopping each other on the head with tiny squeaky plastic hammers for good luck 😂 it was so wholesome and hilarious!

If Porto isn’t on your travel list yet, let this be your sign. This is the kind of experience that reminds you why you travel in the first place 🌍✨

Y’all June is Dairy Month, so I obviously had to build my dogs their own ice cream stand. ANNND of course I stocked it with Private Selection ice cream (for the humans ) and the best pup cup ingredients for the best doggos.

Head to Kroger and grab your favorite ice cream and toppings to make those everyday summer moments extra special.

Not an ad 😂😂😂 But I am super impressed with the stabilization of the and the fact that I thought to magnet it to a tree 😆 even flapping in the wind it still worked. 💯 nice work 💪
