Tomorrow is the day! Tomorrow kicks off our summer race as we speed full ahead into pop-ups, events and farmers markets!

Tomorrow you can find us at TGB Boutique from 11-2. I have a TON of bread so come hungry!

Also product highlight is our almond cherry chocolate scones. Fresh cherries, chocolate chips and a hint of almond extract brings these scones to life! They are soft with just a hint of crunch on the outside. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet afternoon treat šŸ˜‹

I’ve been working on a classic gluten free sourdough loaf. I started in January making my own GF starter using brown rice flour.

Within a month I started to see growth AND then I broke the jar 😫 and had to start all over. BUT it’s back in business and really taking off!

I’ve started feeding her some sorghum flour as well to help give a boost. I’m still in the very early stages of testing but it’s coming along!

GF sourdough artisan loaf is sure different, from the way it bakes to the texture and even taste but it’s soft and helps satisfy that bread-tooth (like sweet-tooth šŸ˜‰) and easy on the tummy.

I love experimenting in the kitchen with different recipes and this one has been a challenge that I’m determined to master! šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Happy Sunday!

We are SO excited for this week! You will find us at TGB Boutique on Saturday 6/6. We will have jalapeno/cheddar, dill & white cheddar, classic and a few of these Greek artisan loaves šŸ˜ plus cherry chocolate and orange scones, and cookies!!

No official bake day but if you are in need of something yummy, message me and stop by the boutique! Shopping and food…what more could you ask for on a summer Saturday ā˜€ļø

AND don’t forget that Wednesday 6/17 is pizza take and bake day for June! Pre-orders are open for that and there are limited quantities so hop on the site and grab what you want!

Today is the last day to order for for Friday 5/29! This will be the last regular bake day for awhile as summer starts to roll in!

I have lemon, almond poppyseed & blueberry crumble muffins, a few different flavors of artisan breads, s’mores and soft sugar cookies, orangey Dream and lemon poppyseed scones, as well as Hawaiian sweet rolls and cinnamon and sugar bagels!

Schedule on where you can find us in June! Lots of events/markets happening!

There won’t be a regular bake day in June with all the things happening BUT if you are in need of something and can’t make it to one of the events to grab a goodie, just message me!

Also, we are going to do one Wednesday night a month as pizza night! June’s pizza take & bake night will be Wednesday June 17th. There will be limited quantities of pizzas so don’t forget to grab a pizza while you can!

Orders are still open for this Friday’s, 5/29, bake day as well so grab some bagels or a bag of cookies!
