Friends and Bourbon aficionados. Many of you know me from my former liquor store and bar, Happy Hour Liquor and bar in Nicholasville, Kentucky. I’m Aaron Rothke, where I facilitated tons of single barrels and is what I’m most passionate about in Bourbon.

I’m one of the owners of Oak & Age Bourbon, where we celebrate the two things that most impact the taste of bourbon that being the oak and the age in which it ages in the oak.

Pretty incredible the barrels that we have available, we have eight-year-olds from Lawrenceburg Kentucky, from a Heritage distiller, 75 corn, 13 Rye, 12 malted barley, and eight year-old from Bardstown, Kentucky 72 corn, 18 Rye, and 10 malted barley.

All available to be picked as single barrels. These are tasting delicious and I’m proud to stand behind them. Come pick in person in Louisville, and as needed samples can be sent. Let’s pick a phenomenal barrel together.
