In October ‘24 Marleen Schäfer | Building a Business. Designing a Life. travelled to Italy to learn the art & science of gelato making.

Back then selling her own gelato at Findlay Market was just a dream on her vision board. But one she had to dare to chase.

Today, little creamery is a proud member of Findlay Kitchen.

And seeing all these people every other week enjoy our gelato brings us a lot of genuine joy ♥️

It’s finally happening. We are OPEN!

This is a big moment for us. We were aiming for all summer to be able to sell gelato. But then we wanted everything to be perfect and all of a sudden it was August.

Anyways, the sun is still shining, it’s hot, the markets are still open… and we are more than grateful to be part of Findlay Market for a few weekends before fall comes in.
