I decided to make some tamales despite doctors orders. I will have red pork and green chicken this evening. I will not be doing deliveries until further notice, since my car parts have been delayed multiple times 😔. I can meet you close to where I am though!! I know it's been a while and I'm coming to give an update. I unfortunately got myself into a car accident and am having back problems, but today I needed to push through and get a few done for our very special event. This is my attempt of upside down pineapple tamales. The masa is mixed with pineapple juice and pineapple chunks along with maraschino cherries plus sugar. I hope everyone likes them 😁.
