WANT TO ROLL WITH US? Golden Fusion is a family-owned gourmet food trailer bringing a creative twist to classic comfort food — one egg roll at a time! Founded by Asiaa and Mitchell Williams, Golden Fusion blends bold flavors, cultural inspiration, and homemade love into every bite. Our menu features a variety of handcrafted egg rolls — from savory favorites like Jerk Chicken, Philly Cheesesteak, and Birria to indulgent desserts like Strawberry Cheesecake, Peach Cobbler Cheesecake and Apple Pie. Each roll is made fresh, filled with quality ingredients, and packed with flavor that tells a story. More than just food, Golden Fusion represents family, faith, and community. You can find us serving smiles across the Rockford and Loves Park area at local markets, events, and pop-ups — or at our home base at Elysian House of Beauty. At Golden Fusion, we’re “Here For Egg Rolls” — and here to share love through food, connection, and creativity.
