We experienced an almost life changing phenomenon tonight, a tornado that was unsettlingly close passed by. Throughout the rain and small amount of hail we got the cattle all stayed calm and where they were supposed to be. When i went out to check them this is what i saw-multiple cows grooming others after the rain, and most of the others laying down like nothing had happened. Can’t complain about that, especially after a tornado was within a mile or so of them.

Forgot how much i missed Pepper Steak, remember it well from when i was young. Glad I am able to make it with Totemeier Cattle Co beef raised at home by all of us. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to make it!
