Everyone makes mistakes... even the people who do this for a living 😂
 
We asked the team the worst thing they’ve ever forgotten before heading to a catering job, and the answers did NOT disappoint. Serving trays? Yep. All the charcuterie and dips for a grazing board? Unfortunately. Erin herself? Somehow, also yes.
 
Safe to say our packing checklists have gotten VERY thorough over the years ✍️

Great food, a team that keeps everything moving, and one less thing for you to think about while you enjoy your guests. We’re not just there to cater the party, we’re there to be part of what makes it all come together 🥂

It’s no secret that Catering By Erin is a family affair ❤️
 
This all started years ago from Brian’s and I’s love of hosting, hospitality, and FOOD, of course. What began as something we loved doing together has grown into something our whole family gets to be a part of.
 
Over the past few years, Lyndsey has joined in on the fun, bringing plenty of creative ideas and helping us in more ways than we could count. Getting to spend all this extra time working alongside our youngest daughter is something we’ll never take for granted.
 
I mean, how many daughters actually want to work with their mom AND dad?! 😂 We know how lucky we are! We love you Lyndsey!
