Bobbie Sue’s Roadhouse : Chicken Meal. I was able to sub out the beer for an Arnold Palmer. Their chicken is crispy and delicious. The Arnold Palmer is one of the best I’ve ever consumed. Highly recommend.

Hop Hog : Burger specials. These are a huge go to for my husband and I. Sometimes it’s too cold to break out the blackstone. They are just as good and the rootbeer is a great alcohol substitute if you don’t like beer.

Do you have a Ninja smoothie that you just can’t seem to master with protein shakes… Here are some valuable tips and tricks!

#1 add 1 protein shakes to 1 TBS dry pudding mix (regular or SF) and some sweetener. I add about 3 Tbs Lakanto Monk Fruit.

#2 freeze overnight

#3 set out on counter 10-15 minutes or run under water for 2-3.

#4 secure into machine run on light settings for 2 full rounds then add any mixes and run again

#5 enjoy
