Chef's Kiss Spotlight: Roderick Hollins

👨‍🍳 Meet Chef Roderick Hollins, owner of Fresh Start Kitchen and instructor at South Plains College!
🍗 Specializing in Southern cuisine, Chef Roderick’s journey began when caring for his grandmother during her illness and cooking for the family pushed his cooking to the next level.
đź’ˇ Inspired by his grandmother and mother, he now pairs his passion for food with teaching the next generation of chefs.
