National Hot Dog Day, you say?! 👀

While we're not quite ready to roll yet, exciting things are happening behind the scenes. We hope to be up and operating as soon as possible and we cannot wait to serve the Lubbock community. ❤️

Fun fact, Halen Verkamp doesn't eat hot dogs! 👀 She sure is ready to sell some though!

Halie Morgan Pierce loves a basic chili dog from Wienerschnitzel, or if she's feeling fancy, an all beef hot dog on a pretzel bun, topped with sliced avocado, sautéed onions and In-n-out copycat recipe sauce! 😍

Tell us, how do you like your hot dog? 🌭 Drop your comments below! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

We will be working on perfecting our menu soon!

Meet the captain of our little cart, Halen Verkamp! 💕

As a west Texas native, Halen has grown up in various kitchens around the 806. You can currently find her during the day as head chef of Savagetikilbk!

Halen will tell you her favorite food to cook is breakfast, and if you've had her brunch, you can definitely attest to the fact that her and her staff cook with love. 🍳🥓❤️

She looks forward to this new adventure and being able to feed more of Lubbock. That's what this girl is all about. Being happy, loving people and serving her community. 💖
