For those of you who don’t know, we also own another business on wheels! The Thirsty Horse is our custom bar/drink trailer that we have owned since January of 2021. Outside of being slammed with graduation cookies, we have been busy getting her cleaned up and ready for the 2026 stockshow season that begins next week!
We will be back out and ready to serve the first week of June!!

Happy Saturday!
Even though we pride ourselves on being a pork centered operation, so many ask us if we serve brisket!
The answer has been NO.
But, we have decided to expand things a bit on the truck, and offer some new things.
Starting mid-May, we will be serving brisket one week per month!!
You can get it by itself, on a sandwich, or on a 3 meat plate.
We will be showing up in some new places also, so be on the lookout for our next stops!!
