EDIT: Seems to be some confusion, many feel like I don't have a place to go with our eggs, or that there are lots of eggs going to waste. That is NOT the case!

‼️I'm just looking for something fun and new to try to utilize our product in ways we havent tried and thought non traditional PICKLED EGGS could be an interesting adventure🤷‍♀️‼️

Okay……my mind is busy today trying to figure out the best use for ALL of our “extras”

We sell Farm Fresh Eggs $4/dozen….BUT when you have almost 500 laying hens what do we do with all the extras?!?!?!

I’ve frozen them, cooked them and fed them back to the chickens….we eat them, sell them but theres always some left over. 

I think it’s time to start making PICKLED EGGS 🥚 🥚 🥚

What’s your favorite? What would you like to see?? What have you tried???? Looking for non traditional….something different!! Wouldn’t turn down any traditional flavors either!! ☺️

Decisions, decisions…I have 2 quarts of cream left from yesterday 😍 from our fresh raw jerseys milk!!

Do I make:

Homemade ice cream? 🍦
Butter? 🧈
Whipped Cream?
Sour Cream?
Or Ghee??

Never heard of Ghee?

Ghee, is melted down homemade raw butter that is strained to get rid of all the milk solids, creating a stable cooking oil!

I just love how many useful dairy related products we are able to make just from our amazing jersey cows cream!! 💚

Cream is also available on request by the quart! As we don’t always separate our cream from our wonderful A2A2 milk! 🥛
