Nothing like having a freshly manicured acre for your birds to enjoy. 🙂 see any birds out there?
Nope. Me either.
Because they’d rather stay in the .1 of an acre in front of my house. And use my porch as the hang out and p**p spot. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ ungrateful. lol

Three new polish babies have joined the farm. Eeeeeeeeee! I’m so happy. 😍🥰 I love my polish but they are a very vulnerable and weak breed compared to my hardy hens that provide eggs for my customers. They are hard to hatch and hard to raise. I’ve had decent luck raising them so far but keeping them happy and healthy through adulthood has proved to be a challenge. I keep polish because they are funny and make me happy. They are not good for meat or eggs, really. But how could you resist those cute little p**f heads and Roman noses? I can’t. 😂

If this isn’t the cutest thing to ever happen, then I don’t know what is. 😭 I love when the babies peek out from under momma! Nosy little things. lol if only you could tell how tiny these chickens are from the photo. The tininess makes it even more cute. They are Serama chickens. Super duper small birds. 🥰
