My dirty rice, this dish was one of my must have favorites for our family cookouts. Highly requested by my nephew that’s no longer here with us. I thought it would be nice to add it to our Father’s Day menu.

It’s hot and it’s time to reintroduce the refreshing hot meal. I created this dish in the summer of 2021, and it gained popularity, especially after I started posting on Instagram. To protect my rights, I officially named and registered it as the Pineapple Boil Bowl. These roasted pineapples can be filled with a variety of ingredients, including pineapple-glazed chicken or shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, seafood, surf and turf, oxtails, and jerk chicken. This dish embodies an island vibe. Due to its immense popularity, I am bringing back the flavor this summer.  Coming soon!
