Our kids made the dinner request tonight, and Dad delivered! Nothing fancy, just warm bowls, and happy bellies for our biggest critics! Around here, good food doesn't have to be extravagant, it just needs to make everyone smile 😊

🇩🇪 Tonight our family is taking a little trip to Germany...without leaving Oklahoma!

Dinner features German Schnitzel, made from an authentic recipe shared with us years ago by my best friend's mother, who was born and raised in Germany. It's a recipe we've held dear to us ever since, and we're honored to share it while staying true to the flavors and traditions she passed along. It's not just something we offer, but what's on our own table this evening!

Tonight's plate includes:

🥩Crispy German Schnitzel
🥔Traditional Kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes)
🥬Sauteed cabbage w/salt pork
🍄A rich mushroom gravy

At the Coleman Cavern, our dream is to bring home cooked meals from around the world to our community while honoring the people, cultures and stories behind them. Every recipe has a home and our hopes are to share those traditions one plate at a time!
