alaria, sometimes known as winged kelp, is a long thin brown seaweed found naturally along Maine’s coastline.
fresh out of the ocean harvested from our long lines, it has an olive-like flavor with a touch of salt.
once dried, it becomes more brittle and its ocean-forward flavor shines.
