Calling all first-time expecting ewes, Babydoll motherhood applications have officially been submitted.

A few reminders for our first-timers:
• They grow themselves and their lambs at the same time, so good nutrition matters.
• Their udders often develop later than experienced ewes.
• Quiet handling and low stress go a long way.
• A clean, dry lambing space is your best friend.

Babydolls make wonderful mothers even the nervous first-timers usually figure it out beautifully.
If you’ve got a maiden ewe expecting her very first lambs, we’d love to see her.

Lambing season was completed one day short of 4 weeks! Ending at 3am this morning with a beautiful little ewe lamb! We had 20 ewes give birth to 33 healthy adorable lambs! Blessing us with 19 ewes and 14 rams! Now the fun begins, watching them grow and play before they take off to their new homes!
