Some of you may have already seen this guy popping in and out of the trailer this summer when he wasn’t working his full-time job or at football practice—but we’re excited to officially introduce Hunter as part of the Anderson’s Squeeze & Grind crew! 🥤☕️

Hunter is our son, a senior at Macon High School, and this year he’ll be utilizing Macon’s Flex Program and spending his mornings working in the trailer! ❤️

I’m not sure I’m quite ready for my him to be a senior, but I am pretty excited about getting to work beside him every morning during his last year of high school. There’s something really special about getting to watch your kids grow up—and even more special when you get to share a little bit of that journey together. 💙

His addition also means we’ll be able to offer deliveries most days until 9:30 AM! 🎉 So if you’ve been wishing for a morning Squeeze & Grind delivery, we’ve got you covered!

And we’re not stopping there! 👏

Izzie is staying with us, too! 💕 She’s a Junior at Macon High School this year and will be working with us during our after-school hours. She’s looking forward to building her own after-school following and serving all of you after that final bell rings! 🥤✨

Izzie will also be helping us open up before Macon Tiger Football games, so you can grab your favorite drink and head out to cheer on the Tigers! 🐯🏈

We’re so excited to have these two kids be such a big part of Squeeze & Grind this school year. Watching our little business grow is exciting—but getting to watch these kids grow alongside it is even better. ❤️

I don’t usually blur the lines between my personal Facebook and my business page, but today is my exception. ❤️

I happened to try the “Birthday Bible verse” trend—you know, where you look up the Bible verse that matches your birthday—and this is what I got:

2 Corinthians 8:20–21
“We want to avoid any criticism of the way we administer this generous gift… For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men.”

Honestly… it hit me differently today.

Today, as I turn 40, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on the last three months — and I’m overwhelmed.

We gave it to God… and man, did He show up. 🙏🏼

Anderson’s Squeeze & Grind has been blessed beyond measure by the love, encouragement, support and kindness our community has shown us. Every day, we work hard to make things fun, create something people enjoy, and find new ways to give back to the community that has given us SO much.

That’s why this verse means something to me today. To me, it’s about being intentional with the blessings God has trusted us with. It’s about doing things the right way, giving generously and making sure the good we’ve been given doesn’t stop with us.

When I look back at these last three months, I don’t see a business that just happened to take off.

I see answered prayers.
I see people who believed in us.
I see a community that showed up.
I see God opening doors I never could have opened myself.

And I feel incredibly, incredibly blessed.

So no… there’s no sad “I’m 40” post here. 😂

I’m not looking at 40 as the end of anything.

I’m just getting started. ✨

Here’s to 40, to the people who have loved and supported me along the way, to the business we’re building and to seeing what God has in store for this next chapter.

40 looks pretty dang good from here. ❤️
