Every bite of this decadent dessert brings me back to our honeymoon—so rich, so indulgent, and simply unforgettable! It’s the perfect sweet treat to share during cozy nights in or to impress friends at a gathering.

Ingredients:
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos or similar)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
