Not everything we do involves slow smoke, pork, or beef. Our BBQ Chicken is cooked over an open fire and basted with our special basting sauce, until the skin is crispy and the inside is moist.

It's a staple on our menu that comes from our Pennsylvania family roots. You can always add it to your next order for $10 a half chicken.
