incubator facility in Madison, WI is utilized for small-batch production.

● Mango Man Salsa - A rich, red, salsa puree made with habañero peppers and tomatoes with a slightly sweet and tangy flavor that gives a slow burn to your favorite recipes.
● Monte Verde Salsa - A creamy, bright, jalapeño salsa puree that lends a comfortable heat and enhances culinary dishes.
● Mango Man Chips - Tortilla chips made from fresh tortillas for a massive crunch topped with an addictive seasoning blend. Known locally as ‘The Mango Man’, Thony has appeared on many local TV and radio shows and has been featured in numerous local newspaper and magazine articles. His personality and style have made connections and friends across the Dane County region. Over the ensuing decades, he opened his Afro-Latino, family-run business growing it from event vending and catering, to the Cafe Costa Rica restaurants.
