Can’t thank Cowboy Rigs, Inc. enough for hooking us up with the 1 part we didn’t have with us when we needed it! We are now back on the road home from a successful weekend at the American Royal Association bbq comp!

Let me tell you, if you have a drum smoker that you can't keep consistent temps... Have one that the paint peels or is fading.... Don't have one and want to find out what all the hype is about.... Reach out to Jason Sagmiller with RACE CREW DRUM smokers. I have had mine for over a year now, and with a quick wash looks as good as it did when I got it. We cook on this thing every cookoff, and runs from 4:30AM until brisket turns in every time. A 10 # bag of charcoal is all it needs. The powder coating holds up great, they run perfect, and are the most beautiful drums on the market in my opinion. And they just win!

Wives, these make an excellent Christmas gift too!

So earlier this year we reached out to SOUNDBOKS to see about getting one of their speakers to use at cookoff awards for Laura as she judges events for Champions Barbecue Alliance . We wanted something loud, portable, clear, and again loud without her having to carry a 100 pound speaker and a generator for events that are remote. We felt the was absolutely the right answer. We have used this speaker at home and multiple cookoffs for personal use, but all the events so far were prepared with sound systems. Well this weekend was the perfect example of why we wanted one. In Stephenville we had no power, no sound system, and no DJ. While the promoter called out the teams, Laura was able to play the walk up songs for the team, and everyone could hear great. I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Soundboks for providing consumers an outstanding portable speaker that is loud, clear, light, and battery powered! The stand and the mic complimented the speaker perfectly. If you want one for yourself you can get one here
