🚨 🍍 DELICIOUS RECIPE ALERT 🍍 🚨
Fall in LOVE with this easy to make Pineapple Cake!

Using fruit purée or crushed fruit takes the place of butter in cake keeps it light but still moist! It's topped with a cream cheese and Truwhip frosting for extra joy!

3/4 cup flour (90g)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31g)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup monk fruit baking sweetener
1 egg
10oz crushed pineapple with juice
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
4 oz TruWhip Skinny
1/2 cup monkfruit powdered sugar sweetener
White sprinkles
Pineapple for garnish if desired

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 8X8 pan with parchment paper. Combine flour, protein powder, and baking soda in a small bowl with a whisk. Combing egg and baking sweetener in a medium bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and pineapple and mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. With a hand mixer combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add TruWhip and mix until well combined. Frost cake and add sprinkles and pineapple if desired. 136 CAL | 5.3P | 4.5F | 17.6C
