Does your UV Bank look this good? Our 7104 replacement for Ferric requires less cleaning on your UV banks. These have been running for over 2 years now with monthly rinses and periodic cleaning of just the top of the bulbs. Better contact, better results.

Does your sludge look like this straight out of the press? If not then please contact KML. 30% less chemistry being used than before and turned down the water to chemistry in the mix chamber from 9gpm to .5gpm. That is a savings of 4000gpd of fresh water that also doesn't need treated again. They also went from 28gpm flow to 38gpm flow. Less Water in sludge equals lower hauling cost. The savings is huge! We also help with set up and making adjustments to our chemistry. We will always be on site for startup and trouble shooting along the way.

4th picture is 14 days later and ready to be removed.

Rained on several times

The sludge is 4-5 inches thick.

They could only process 60,000 gallons before in 4 beds and now can process 85,000 gallons in 3 beds. With no overtime.

Does your house have a septic system? If yes, you need KML LS-Septic to help break down solids and nutrients to allow your system to work the best it can. Helps to keep leech beds from plugging up. There are 19 packets which is equal to a full year supply.

These can also be used in camper black tanks. Helps to keep tanks and sensors clean. Helps to prevent odors.
