A successful day yesterday for our 6th annual PBA Poker Run. Lots of photos and videos to follow tomorrow . Just want to take a minute and thank the following businesses that helped keep the riders fed and hydrated. Shout outs to Murray’s Chicken , Bagel bakery in Monticello (best bagels in the state ), ShopRite , Lemonade Grocery and Gasko-Meyer for the hydration all day . The Catskill Outdoorsman in Jeff , the NYS DEC HATCHERY , and the Russian Mule for being great hosts. Rich at The Bridge and Tunnel who always extends his graciousness to the PBA and lets us make his business our home for events. Thanks to All the clubs that were represented at the run , the Bleeding Hearts for always helping us get everyone there and back safely , Dominic Hillard for trucking the water , ice , games and Medical supplies , Keith and Mike Herbert for the assistance setting it up, breaking it down , building the pit , and drone photos and Keith also for the amazing mini sermon . Danielle Blackaby for all the amazing photos and videos she took , Danielle was everywhere she wasn’t expected and was able to capture real photos ! Renee Hook for R***r sitting while things were busy , Chief DAgata for the es**rt out of the Village and to the PBA members that cooked the chicken and set the food up so it was ready when the bikers rolled in , also did the finale transport of the cleanup back to base. What was taught and exemplified yesterday was … be the friends that lowered the Paralytic down from the roof . How far will you go for a stranger or even a friend …??? Think on the this. Yesterday those of you that attended showed, these people do exist and they are right here in our midst. A heartfelt THANK YOU TO ALL THAT PLAYED A PART IN ANY WAY YESTERDAY.
