A beautiful baby shower we were able to help out with today at the beautiful Oaks Manor. 🧀🍇A wonderful client, we did a half gluten free set up for guests with a mimosa station, grazing table, salads, frittata, and a cream cheese and bagel station.

I can’t believe we are almost ready for school to start! Hope everyone has had a lovely summer so far! We have some new changes, and there may be more coming as we adjust to going from a storefront to mobile!

**NEW** We’re officially offering Event Food Coordination, which means if you’ve got something coming up — corporate meetings, trainings, retreats, open houses, weddings, anything — we can help handle the food side whether we’re cooking for it or bringing in trusted, verified vendors we work with. It takes the pressure off you and lets us make sure everything shows up on time, looks good, and fits the vibe.

I’ve coordinated food and vendors for restaurants, businesses, and events for a long time — learning the flow, figuring out what works, and honestly loving the whole process. It’s something I’ve always done behind the scenes, and it feels good to finally bring that experience forward as part of Black Creek Deli. Event coordination is one of my favorite parts especially when it comes to corporate events!

With this change, we’re stepping away from regular sub trays, but we can still do them for larger orders depending on kitchen availability. If you do not think an order you would like falls under our new terms than please feel free to reach out and we will see if we are able to accommodate. We may be able to still do smaller orders depending on what our other orders look like in the date you are looking for.

Thank you for continuing to support local. I admit I have deleted my Facebook and have taken a big social media break while the kids are home this summer, and everyday the requests for orders keep pouring in. We don’t advertise really anywhere, so it’s all word of mouth. That in itself is amazing and we couldn’t appreciate you all more!

Thank you to everyone for understanding our long hiatus. (It’s been a week and a half and it feels like a year 😅) We survived dust devils, tornado warnings, a wildfire that started when we were 27 miles deep into the badlands, and more. We will be home by the end of this week, so if you are looking to place a upcoming order, feel free to email us at [email protected] and I will get back to you as soon as we get home! Friendly reminder that our family is out of town until the end of next week. Today we had the chance to celebrate my mother and father in law at a beautiful ceremony with views of pikes peak and beyond. As we remember them and are grateful for the family we have because of them, we are grateful to be united all together in such a wonderful place.

24 hours in the car and our two children did absolutely fantastic. We only stopped once the first day, that’s insane! We’ve already seen snakes, dust devils, lots of smoke, fields of prairie dogs, and of course the Rocky Mountains.

(I am going to start working on a couple of quotes tomorrow so I appreciate everyone’s patience who has parties coming up when we get back!)

Took a break from moving and cleaning to go grab some sweet treats!

We will be moving this weekend so we will not be taking any orders! Over the course of the next month, we will be searching for kitchens in our area that we will be able to use when we are unable to use the ones we have in place now.

I am excited to say we will be starting to use the kitchen at the Harvey C Noone legion on Buffalo Road in Riga, so you may be picking up from there or coming to an event we have in the near future! This is an amazing opportunity for us to grow and be able to partner with our amazing neighbors and kitchens in the area so we can’t wait!

The health department also gave us permission to cook hot foods if the kitchen we are using permits so!!!

I will also have a schedule with availability for Private Chef Dinners in your home.

Friendly reminder we will be traveling out of town so will not be available until after August 5th.

You may also see name changes and contact info change as we transition to a LLC and a name that fits our clientele and brand better now. Black Creek Culinair 🖤
