Disney World is truly the ultimate gluten free destination. At the Port Orleans French Quarter resort you can get these amazing beignets! They are fluffy, fried perfectly, covered in powdered sugar and server with either a caramel or chocolate sauce. I love both sauces depending on what I’m feeling at the time. They also come out labeled gluten free, and everything is prepared limiting cross contamination, including a dedicated fryer and separate prep areas. Even if you are not staying at this resort you can still stop by for these delicious treats! There’s so many amazing options at !!

The best meal I had in Las Vegas was the gluten free chicken and waffles from . This is their signature dish, featuring 27-hour brined, crispy fried chicken paired with a Vermont sharp cheddar cheese waffle. It is served with chilled spiced watermelon, honey hot sauce, and bourbon maple syrup and OH SO DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to go back to have it again. Yardbird in Vegas is at the Venetian resort.

I FINALLY tried in Disney Springs and it was everything it was hyped up to be. The manager told me everything I could have and walked me through the menu, took my order, and brought out my food that was labeled for allergies. I got the creamy Mac and cheese and the crab cakes. It was a dream meal! I love dining at Disney World!

We went to in Las Vegas for a team dinner and it was a perfect spot to meet everyone’s dietary needs. I got the carbonara and alla vodka made with fresh, house made pasta. The server was very knowledgeable, made it seem like meeting gluten free needs was a breeze for them, and my meal came out labeled gluten free. I was so impressed with the texture of the pasta and the different sauces I got. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an Italian meal@in Vegas!

is always one of my favorite gluten free spots. Nearly the whole menu can be made gluten free including apps, entrees, and desserts, safety protocols are top notch, and the food is unreal. My only problem is we don’t have any Maine locations yet!! RUDE.

Pictured here is the chocolate tuxedo cake, pulled pork mac and cheese, and the BBQ chicken nachos. Theres something special about having a giant menu of items to choose from and knowing it will be free of cross contamination. Food even comes marked gluten free, and a manager often is the one to bring it out. With locations all over New England and New York…except *cough cough* Maine…..there’s a good chance you can find one near by!! If not it’s worth the trip to New Hampshire like I do.

is open for the season!!! They have some of the freshest and tastiest fried seafood around AND it can be made safely gluten free. This time I got the clam strips and fries platter. Spinnakers features dedicated fryers for fries and allergen-safe preparation methods. You can safely enjoy fried seafood, lobster rolls on gluten free buns, and even chicken tenders without cross-contamination. Your meal even will come out with a gluten free indicator. It’s the spot I recommend most for gluten free fried seafood in Maine!

Unicorn Alert 🦄 🚨

This pain au chocolat from in S**o, Maine looked way too good to not immediately eat in the car. It was buttery, flakey, crispy, and incredibly delicious. Sweets and Co is an 100% gluten free bakery with the most incredible baked goodies, sandwiches, drinks and more. You can’t go wrong with anything you order, plus the staff are amazing and fun!

IT’S LOBSTER ROLL SEASON Y’ALL

I tried in Kennebunkport for the first time and I’m ready to go back. My server was sooooo amazing and fun, and knew exactly what gluten free options they had and what was free from cross contamination. They have incredible rolls for their lobster rolls - no falling apart over here, AND a dedicated fryer for their French fries. I was in Maine lobster heaven and definitely recommend checking them out!

is open for the season daily from 12-9 in Scarborough! Maybe some day I’ll get something other than this “Scarborough Stackah” with gluten free cookie dough, but I doubt it 😅🤣

Their gluten free flavors are labeled and they have so many gluten free toppings! Ice cream season is my favorite. What would you put in your “Scarborough Stackah”?

The Huevos Rancheros from in Portland was soooo good. I usually get their amazing stuffed French Toast or waffles but this called to me today and I’m so glad I tried it! The whole menu essentially at The Sinful Kitchen can be made gluten free, the service and vibes are great, and the food is incredible!
