Thank you to everyone who came to see us over Maine Maple Sunday weekend.🍁 We saw so many familiar faces and met so many new folks. It was an extra special time. 🤍
I think our biggest seller was the Maple Whip. We had just a few left when we closed Saturday, so I made up more for Sunday. Then we sold out of that by the end of the day. It is that good. And it's easy to make at home...
Maple Whip
1/2 cup (4 oz) softened cream cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup whipped topping
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the maple syrup and beat until well blended. Add whipped topping and beat gently until all combined.
Use as a dip for fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, etc. For an easy, delicious no bake dessert, triple the recipe and in a premade graham cracker crust. Top with sliced fruit or eat as is.
Or you can be like me and just eat the whip with a spoon right out of the dish. I highly recommend. 😉
