Jersey bull available: Tierneys Gigawatt Lance (A1A2)

Born:12/17/2025
He should be ready to jump this winter

Sired by Rapid Bay V Gigawatt

Dam is Tierneys Bontino Lareina EX91 Max
Lareina is our most promising young cow who is just finishing her second lactation after breeding right back.
Lareina is also coming off of a successful show season where she was:
🥇First Senior 3 year old Northeast Spring National jersey show
🥈Second Senior 3 year old New York state fair
🏆 Reserve intermediate champion New York state fair
🥇First Senior 3 year old Eastern NY summer jersey show
🏆Supreme champion Franklin county fair

2nd dam EX92 Gentry (Maternal sister by Comerica was Junior champion of the 2017 Royal Agricultural winter fair)

3rd dam VG85 Verbatim (2013 all Canadian Junior calf)

4th dam EX95 Tequila

5th dam EX91 jade

6th dam EX94 Jude

7th dam EX95 Rennisance

8th dan EX93 Juno

A pedigree packed full of style but all cows that have proved themselves in the barn and the show ring.

Lance will make cows with moderate stature, and extreme width and depth of body. If you like "big cows with little legs" this may be the bull for you.

His mother is one of the best uddered cows we have ever bred, and with how the Gigawatts have been calving in there is no doubt that Lance will sire beautiful uddered cows. As well as being extremely feminine and dairy.

We had a great time at the Franklin County Fair this year! The fair is a great opportunity to connect with our community providing them with an opportunity to see how hard we all work to provide the best care for our cows.

Show highlights include:
🎊 Tierneys Bontino LaReina - EX91
1st Senior 3 Year-Old, Grand Champion Jersey & All-Breed Supreme Champion 🏆

🎊 Tierneys Gigawatt Lucinda
1st Fall Calf, Junior Champion Jersey & All-Breeds Supreme Heifer 🏆

This would not be possible without our great help. Thank you to Patty Davis for making the trip up North and an exceptional fitting job! Thank you Isabella Perretta for your hard work all day and Matt Carter for the exceptional care of our cattle overnight and assistance during the cow show. Show day help from Brittany Tierney, Stefanie (and Maggie) Poulter and Maureen Ring made a big difference in helping things go smoothly.

From,
Jen, Charles, Kathryn & Patrick
