I have made the tough decision to downsize my bunch of doelings. I love this bunch of girls. I have never had such an easy group of doelings. I have been grazing spurge throughout the summer with them. They are all a Spanish or Savannna cross.

We got our first shot of winter. The temperature dropped from 40 degrees on Thursday with rain to -0 with strong winds and snow by Friday morning. It is a bit of a shock to any system. The girls seemed to take it all in stride. They were bedded down with plenty of straw and had trees for wind break. I’ve always said that if a goat can live on the hi-line, they can flourish anywhere else😂.
