Hello! My name is Katey, I’ve always LOVED fresh baked bread and jumped on the sourdough band wagon a few years ago.

Now I feed my own family almost exclusively sourdough and have decided to share a small amount each week with those around me as I can🙂

Thank you to everyone who came down to the farmers market! it was a very busy day and I sold out of bread and danish’s within a couple hours this morning 😋I still have some oils, pancake mix and croutons left, so if you missed out on any of these and want to give them a try, shoot me a msg and I can hook you up or answer any questions you have!

Hey all!! There will be no regular bake this week- BUT I will be at the farmers market this Saturday 9/26 from 8am to 3pm (or until I sell out 😝), down at Trafton Park in Malta. I will have a variety of sourdough creations, a few of which I haven’t sold before and a few that I have, so come down and see me along with all the other vendors! See you there!

I’m a little late this week due to a changed football game schedule, but 🔥 6 JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR LOAVES ARE UP FOR GRABS! let me know if you want your name on one 🙂 they are ready for pickup now, so as soon as you have claimed one (and I’ve confirmed it) I’ll put your name on it and it’s ready for pickup anytime ! $15 a loaf- happy Friday!

I didn’t get as much baking done as I wanted this week but I do have 4 small bags of what my kids call sourdough “crack” LOL (it’s that addicting according to them). It’s a sort if like a cracker but also makes a good salad topping and quick snack. Super flavorful like most things sourdough. $3 each and they are in my bread tote ready to go for whomever wants to swing by and grab them. Just going by first come first serve on these 4 bags. 🙂

Hey all!!! With school back in session (which means I’ve moved back to town 😝)so is my baking! I’ve been working on tweaking my bagel process so I can offer it more often, and putting together a few new things to offer. Be watching for my first real bake next week- but in the meantime here’s a sneak peek on something I’ve been working on and hope to be offering soon… The great thing about this one is YOU get to take the credit for the yumminess…
