Been busy the last few days…
This is Lucy, aka Lucelia, LuSally? Lucille, Cesarean? 😂
She has been the sweetest, most loving dog.
We received calls to take in a pup that was severely emanciated. I was hesitant at first because I never took in a rescue dog and didnt really know what to expect. She couldn’t get into any rescues they tried and she needed care immediately so we decided to take her in.
Our whole crew has been awesome with helping me care for her♥️
She may be available for rehoming once we get her stabilized and healthy, we are trying to figure out the best plan for her as everything unfolds. I would love to keep her forever and everrrr but my pug is not that accepting of other dogs for the long term, but we are trying.
She is a 5 year old English bulldog, not spayed but we will get her spayed when she is healthy enough. She is currently 28.5 pounds and is supposed to be about 50lbs. We are trying to get weight on her slowly and ruling out any medical issues at the moment. Huge thank you to Barnegat Animal Hospital!
