Victor Vazquez was born of Mexican parents and grew up on corn tortillas, so he makes his the old- fashioned way, the corn is wet milled on lava on the premises. Vazquez, research psychologist who had worked in Civil Right, came to Washington, D.C. to direct a major research projects being funded by the Department of Health and Human
Services. So, after five years of government service during which time he had become the Director of a research and policy planning office in the Office of the Secretary/Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, he resigned his position to pursue the American Dream.
