Spore printing mushrooms for identification, and freshly fried dandelion flowers for an appetizer. I like them second to fried ocra. Nothing will EVER beat fried ocra. :)

We have learned to do all sorts of things in this adventure: milk goats, make bread, wild forging for food here in the NOVA area, how to make cheese, even how to make homemade chips! If you want a video lesson on something drop a comment and we can try to make it happen!
